My lifestyle change
It all started
in April of 2017, when I tried to lose weight, but due to the lack of
stimulation, among other causal factors. I could not do it. Start is a
difficult process because the body must erase the lack of excess carbohydrates
that it consumes each day, but as the days and the months go by, changes began to
be noticed, even if they were a few kilos, they were a great motivation to
continue.
This change of 180 degrees could not have been
possible in part without the unconditional support that my friend Felipe Arcos
gave me. Who is a professional "nutritionist", he always advised me
to eat less but not in an offensive way, he never criticized my weight or
called me fat. He always found a way to tell me things in a kind way possible.
Making me understand that the only one harmed is myself.
In conclusion, nothing
is impossible if we commit ourselves to achieve the goals we set for ourselves.
